Free Shipping Conditions
Hong Kong Shipping Only:
- Free delivery for a single purchase above HKD$5,000
- Free delivery for a single purchase of 12 bottles or more
Shipping Costs
Hong Kong Shipping:
- For single purchases below HKD$5,000, HKD$450 will be charged as delivery fee
- For single purchases of 11 bottles or fewer, HKD$450 will be charged as delivery fee

Order Processing and Delivery Time
All orders will be delivered within 5 working days after the order is placed
Pickups at our office by appointment
For same-day, weekend, and holiday urgent deliveries or office pickup, we charge an additional urgent fee of $500
We do not offer delivery when Typhoon Signal #8 or the Black Rain signal is hoisted
Delivery areas
Delivery services are limited to:
- Hong Kong Island
- Kowloon
- New Territories
- Tung Chung
- Discovery Bay and Ma Wan
No delivery services to:
- Non-fixed address
- border exclusion or restrictive zones
- Outlying islands, piers, or warehouses
